Your brain believes everything you say and think. Hey, welcome back to 50something. I am Cam Allen. Did you know that your thoughts are actually instructions? Your body listens and responds perfectly to exactly what you think and what you say. What if the way you talk to yourself is actually the most powerful thing you do all day? See, 95% of our brain is unconscious. And our unconscious mind knows our perfect health, like our perfect blueprint right now. And also it follows directions perfectly. So your brain follows the directions even when they're bad ones. And let's be honest for a second. When our thoughts are not positive and they are not encouraging and they're not helpful to our body, those create feelings. And our feelings actually create our actions. So whatever you're repeating on repeat becomes the reality in your physical body. Your words are a nervous system tool. What if you change the way you speak to yourself, like you were talking to someone that you actually believe in? What would change for you? See, when you change the message, your body will follow as well. So next time you catch yourself speaking unkind words about your body or your life, thinking unhelpful thoughts, pause, ask yourself, is that even true? And then ask, what do I want?
